Your main responsibilities Management administration and relationship with principals * Be the primary contact for owners and their representatives; ensure regular communication with tenants, authorities, and service providers. * Supervise terminations, relocations, and routine tasks in compliance with lease law. Technical management and asset enhancement * Perform preliminary inspections, move-ins, and move-outs. * Ensure the maintenance of buildings, identify needs, and propose preservation and enhancement actions. * Lead maintenance, renovation, and energy improvement works, as well as claims, with the support of the major works and sustainable development department, while respecting budgets, deadlines, and validations. * Coordinate companies, control their services, and ensure the follow-up of invoices. * Collaborate closely with caretakers to guarantee the quality of building maintenance, identify needs, and coordinate necessary interventions. Financial monitoring and reporting * Prepare and monitor operating and work budgets; analyze management accounts, variances, and expenses. * Produce reliable administrative, technical, and financial reports, adapted to the requirements of principals and their representatives. * Anticipate deadlines, respect transmission deadlines, and alert quickly in case of difficulty, providing concrete solutions. Your profile * Training in real estate management and at least 3 years of experience in a similar position in a Geneva real estate agency, * Good mastery of lease law, technical knowledge of buildings, and practical experience in work follow-up, * Comfort with figures, budgets, management accounts, and real estate enhancement issues, * Excellent writing skills in French and good knowledge of IT tools Suite Office, Abacus or other real estate industry ERP, * Rigor, organization, autonomy, analytical and service skills, team spirit, and respect for commitments. * Automobile driver's license required; two-wheeler license and residence in Geneva appreciated. Experience with institutional portfolios, notably real estate funds, is an undeniable asset.
