For an assignment at an internationally leading company from the Life Sciences sector located in Basel, we are looking for an engaged personality as of the beginning of September 2026 Are you a service-oriented personality with a professional appearance who maintains an overview at all times, even in an international environment? Then a varied task with a lot of customer contact and responsibility awaits you. Your tasks • Responsibility for the entire access control management including access control system, badge management, key management and parking administration • Execution of entry and exit controls • Creation and management of visitor badges as well as registration of tradespeople and external service providers • Friendly and professional reception of visitors, VIP guests and registered groups • Support in Facility Management projects as well as collaboration in the optimization of processes and workflows What you bring with you • Completed commercial training or training in the hotel or gastronomy sector with corresponding commercial experience • German at native speaker level as well as good English skills in speaking (at least level B2) • Good user knowledge of MS Office programs • Experience in direct customer contact as well as strong intercultural competence • High service orientation, communicative appearance and joy in dealing with people • Well-groomed appearance as well as excellent manners What you can look forward to • Exciting assignment at an internationally renowned Life Sciences company • Responsible and varied activity with daily customer contact • Modern and professional working environment • Temporary employment with a duration of assignment until expected June or July 2027 Interested?
