Structural Drafter

For our client in the Schaffhausen area, we are looking for an experienced personality to strengthen the team as a

Structural Drafter 40-100% ###

Your tasks

• Creation of precise technical drawings and construction and detail plans for various projects in CAD software
• Close cooperation with architects, civil engineers and other construction professionals
• Shared responsibility, monitoring and updating the planning documents according to construction progress
• Maintaining contact with customers and team members to understand and implement requirements and changes
• Independent processing of building applications
• Keeping accurate records of work performed and technical specifications
• Daily administrative and office work

Requirements

• Completed training as a structural drafter or comparable qualification
• Proven experience in the creation of construction plans and technical drawings in structural engineering
• Confident use of common CAD programs (preferably Vectorworks)
• Knowledge in 3D and BIM planning is an advantage
• Strengths in spatial and design thinking
• Ability to work in a team and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing are required to communicate effectively and maintain documentation
