Are you a committed and motivated specialist with a passion for working with adults with mental illnesses in a forensic context? We are looking for reinforcement for our team.

Your profile and your education

We are looking for a Psychiatric Nursing Specialist HF or social pedagogical specialist FH who already brings experience in the psychiatric field. Ideally, you have experience in the forensic field or bring a great interest in this specialized field of work. We aim for a balanced team constellation and therefore look forward particularly to male reinforcement in this advertisement.

You possess one of the following qualifications:

• Certified Nursing Specialist HF
• Completed degree in Social Work FH

• Working in an exciting and versatile environment in which professional, social, and self-competence and situational resident-oriented action are of high importance
• You accompany and care for adults with various mental illnesses in shift operation.
• You take on forensic key person work and the internal case management role for our residents.
• You work closely in an interdisciplinary team and cooperate with the external helper network, consisting of responsible persons from the justice system, therapists, psychiatrists, legal guardians, and other specialist agencies.
• You perform administrative tasks, such as writing reports and creating treatment plans.

• You actively help shape the milieu and contribute to a stable everyday life for our residents with clear structures, reliable relationships, and appreciative interaction.
• You make professionally justified decisions and are open to exchange within the team.
