In your role as Project Manager Immobilien, you will work closely with the local infrastructure team and be integrated into the regional organization. At the same time, you are an important link between the clinic and the Corporate Office and represent the interests of the Hirslanden Group regarding the long-term real estate development and maintenance strategy. YOUR TASKS • Client and owner representation for investment projects of the Hirslanden Group in the Central Switzerland care region • Main contact person for external planning teams and support of procurement processes for real estate projects • Project management on the client side and implementation of projects (control of quality, costs, deadlines, approval of the corresponding phase documents) • Development of the real estate strategy at the level of the care region and property, as well as leading user groups in the definition of user needs or operating concepts • Management of the renovation planning for the real estate (10-year perspective) • Support in the preparation of investment requests as well as the management in the medium-term planning of construction projects, replacement investments, conversions, and renovations <br /> YOUR PROFILE • Completed training as an architect or civil engineer at ETH / FH level or as a dipl. Bautechniker FH / HF Bauleiter, further training in business administration is an advantage • Several years of professional experience in project management and in representation towards authorities • Experience with complex construction projects (e.g., in healthcare, hospitality, or emergency services) is mandatory • Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working with a high degree of assertiveness and persuasiveness • Professional and polished appearance with strong interpersonal and communication skills <br /> Are you ready to take off in an innovative environment?
