Your task ##

• You will take responsibility for the planning and implementation of diverse IT, digitalization, and automation projects.
• In doing so, you coordinate projects holistically from the initial idea through conception to successful implementation.
• You analyze the requirements of our customers and specialist departments, develop suitable solution approaches from them, and accompany their implementation.
• You always keep deadlines, resources, milestones, and project progress in view and ensure structured and transparent project management.
• Together with our customers, you further develop existing services and open up new possibilities for the optimization and automation of business processes.
• You are the central contact person for our customers and accompany them in a partnership-based manner during the implementation of their digital projects.
• Furthermore, you actively contribute your ideas to the further development of our IT service and support area and have corresponding creative freedom.

Your profile ##

• You have practical experience in the planning and management of IT projects.
• Training, further education, or a professional background in an IT or technical environment is an advantage.
• You work independently, in a structured manner, and think in a solution-oriented way even with complex challenges.
• You enjoy exchanging with customers as well as collaborating with different specialist departments.
• You communicate clearly and convincingly and possess strong organizational talent.
• Ideally, you have already gained experience in digitalizing, optimizing, or automating business processes.
