Logistics Team Leader

Your tasks ###

• Ensure compliance with safety rules.
• Supervise, motivate and develop your team.
• Unify employees around the objectives and values of the company.
• Organize and plan resources on a daily and long-term basis.
• Ensure the monitoring of key performance indicators (KPI).
• Identify malfunctions and implement corrective actions.
• Support teams during organizational changes.
• Manage conflicts in a constructive manner.

Your qualities ###

• Federal diploma in the field of storage logistics.
• Bilingual French/German.
• Proven experience in managing a team of at least 20 people.
• Sensitivity to occupational safety issues and continuous improvement.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Stress resistance and sense of priorities.
