Junior Personnel Consultant

We are looking for you, Junior Personnel Consultant You want to apply your technical or commercial knowledge in personnel consulting. The induction will take place step-by-step by our experienced personnel consultants in the areas of: acquiring new customers, maintaining existing customers, recruiting personnel, clarifying and evaluating personnel documents, obtaining reference information, legal requirements in personnel leasing and job placement, and much more. Daily phone calls for sales are a matter of course for you. Active maintenance of candidate and customer relationships via phone, email, and personal contact. Recruitment and selection of personnel, conducting interviews, and obtaining references. You create customer offers, personnel files, and sales mailings. Independent negotiation and calculation of hourly wages and customer rates. • You have completed an apprenticeship, preferably in sales or customer service. • Very good German, both spoken and written. • Above-average endurance with a desire for success, independent entrepreneurial thinking. • Good PC user skills, email, internet, and social media affinity. • Ideally, you already have a good network of company contacts and potential job seekers.
