Nautilus Line Manager (M/F) Patek SA Genève Nautilus Line Manager (M/F) Mission Within the framework of this position, reporting to our Clothing Division, you will ensure the management of the team and all production activities of the Nautilus Line Workshop, in close coordination with the other workshops of the division, as well as other services and divisions, in order to ensure the execution of the production plan within the quality criteria and Patek standards. You will be responsible for achieving results and facilitating the Employee Experience. Responsibilities Guide, support, encourage, motivate and develop your teams while maximizing productivity and deadlines to reach objectives. Ensure training support and the development of multi-skilling within the Workshop. Analyze operational processes, take corrective measures to improve quality, decrease waste rates and operating times. Ensure compliance with the production plan and guarantee the application of Patek standards. Advance the activity and operational processes of the Workshop in close coordination with the other Workshops, as well as in collaboration with support services, internal Clients and other Services and Divisions. Profile sought ES Technician or other diploma deemed equivalent. 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position. Previous management experience desired. Technical knowledge of traditional production trades and CNC. Knowledge in production management and Lean manufacturing. Proficiency in office tools (MS Office / SAP).
