Our client is a historical player in housing in French-speaking Switzerland, recognized for its sustainable commitment to the development, management, and renovation of its real estate assets. As part of the reinforcement of its financial team, we are looking for a Real Estate Accountant at 80-100% to join an experienced team based in Lausanne.

Your tasks at your new employer

• Ensure the complete maintenance of real estate accounting
• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual closings
• Prepare service charge statements and operating budgets
• Participate in the preparation of financial statements and reporting
• Collaborate with management teams, technical services, auditors, and external partners
• Guarantee the reliability of financial data and compliance with deadlines
• Participate in the improvement of accounting processes

You offer your new employer

• Proven experience in real estate accounting in Switzerland
• Training in accounting or finance (CFC, federal diploma or title deemed equivalent)
• Mastery of general and real estate accounting
• Good knowledge of Quorum
• Autonomous, rigorous and solution-oriented personality
• Excellent organizational skills and team spirit
