Building Services Planner (m/f/d)

Your responsibility

• Support in the planning and realization of large-scale HVAC projects
• Independent planning and realization of small projects and repairs
• Organization and implementation of maintenance measures and troubleshooting
• Designs, processing of R&I diagrams, procurement of technical equipment and assembly services, performing commissioning and handovers to operations
• Compliance with and enforcement of legal regulations and internal work instructions as well as standard specifications (HVAC)
• Compliance with and enforcement of quality specifications taking into account safety, economy and availability

Your profile

• Completed vocational training as a Building Services Planner EFZ in the HVAC field or comparable
• Experience in the planning and execution of HVAC projects in an industrial environment
• Independent, solution-oriented personality with a high awareness of quality and costs
• Good communication skills in German (spoken and written) as well as good assertiveness
• Enjoyment of varied activities at different interfaces
