Assistant Cook (m/f/d)

We are looking for motivated support for our kitchen team, starting immediately or by arrangement. We are a well-visited restaurant with a family atmosphere and genuine team spirit.

Your main tasks

• Preparation work: Peeling and cutting vegetables and meat, preparing breakfast.
• Cold kitchen: Independent preparation of salads, appetizers, and desserts.
• Preparation: Providing the mise en place for service.
• Cleanliness: Compliance with hygiene and HACCP guidelines.

What you bring with you

• Experience: You have already worked successfully in a restaurant kitchen.
• Language skills: Fluent German is mandatory for coordination within the team.
• Flexibility: Willingness for split shifts and working in the evening (Zimmerstunde) and occasional weekend shifts.
• Way of working: You are quick, resilient, and an absolute team player.
