For our client company in the Bellinzonese region, we are looking for a Real Estate Accounting Expert (M/F/D).   Job Description ### • Update accounting and check bank balances • Register creditor invoices and execute payment via DTA system • Prepare provisional and final account closures • Prepare salary calculations for janitors and execute payment • Prepare annual declarations (AVS, Lainf, IPG illness, IF, salary certificates)   We Expect ### • Commercial training with experience in the real estate accounting sector • Proven experience in the accounting field in Switzerland for at least 5 years • Mother tongue Italian, knowledge of German preferred • Excellent command of Office package and accounting software • Precision, flexibility, sense of responsibility and organizational skills • Good stress resistance, discretion and adaptability • Ability to work in a team   We Offer ### • Opportunity to work with permanent employment in the company • Employment in a cutting-edge and well-known company in the territory   We also consider applications received by post, but for administrative reasons we cannot return them.
