Reporting to the Infrastructure Management, you ensure the supervision, coordination and smooth daily functioning of all activities related to housekeeping and laundry services spread across two sites. Leading a significant team, you guarantee the quality, continuity and efficiency of the services provided while ensuring compliance with hygiene, safety and quality standards. Your responsibilities encompass the management and development of teams, the operational management of daily activities, the preparation of schedules as well as the optimal organization of resources. A true conductor, you coordinate the cleaning services of living areas and common spaces, as well as all activities related to linen management, including alterations and sewing work. In close collaboration with various internal departments, you accompany the evolution of the institution's needs while maintaining a high level of service quality and satisfaction. Comfortable with activity steering and budget management, you participate in the preparation and monitoring of budgets, manage purchases as well as supplier relations and ensure the optimization of available resources. Proactive, you actively contribute to the continuous improvement of processes, the development of services as well as the monitoring of performance indicators for your sector.

Profile Sought

Benefiting from recognized training in the field, you possess solid professional experience of at least five years in the housekeeping sector, including a management function within a specialized, medico-social or hotel institution. The federal diploma of manager for the hotel-housekeeping sector will constitute an appreciated asset. A local manager, you distinguish yourself by your unifying leadership, your listening skills and your ability to mobilize your teams around common objectives. Organized, rigorous and endowed with an excellent sense of priorities, you know how to combine operational vision and strategic approach. Your interpersonal ease, your analytical capacity as well as your sense of service allow you to evolve successfully in demanding environments where the quality of services and the human element occupy a central place. Recognized for your professional rigor and your sense of detail, you ensure compliance with high quality standards and are capable of managing several projects and priorities simultaneously without compromise on the quality of the work performed.
