tasks

• you prepare warm and cold dishes for the guests according to the weekly plan
• in addition, you are independently responsible for the "mise en place"
• you take over the menu planning (weekly planning), during purchasing and in stock management
• likewise, you are responsible for tidying up and cleaning the kitchen
• in doing so, you always adhere to hygiene and quality standards
• the working hours are from 07.00 - 15'30 or from 08.30 - 17.00 (depending on workload)
• it can be both a permanent and a temporary position

requirements

• you have training as a cook efz and bring experience
• further training as a diet cook is an advantage, but not a requirement
• in addition, you enjoy cooking with seasonal and regional products
• the institution is open 365 days a year, there are no company holidays
