Sales Assistant & Smartphone Technician

Who we are looking for
For our shop in the center of Lugano we are looking for a person who combines technical skills and a commercial attitude: knows how to repair a smartphone, but also knows how to listen to the customer, understand what they need and advise them on the right solution.

You recognize yourself in this profile if you have:

• Autonomy, reliability and spirit of initiative
• Good knowledge of Italian and English
• Experience in repairing smartphones
• Customer orientation
• Excellent communication and sales skills
• A natural and professional commercial approach

The starting point is the smartphone: for the repair of computers, we will train you.

Results we expect
For us, the commercial part counts as much as the technical part. We expect you to:

• Contribute to the growth of the shop's sales
• Not wait for the request, but propose useful products and services
• Solve customer problems in a rapid, precise and transparent way

We offer a fixed salary plus a bonus linked to sales: if the shop's turnover increases, your income also grows.

What you will do

• You will welcome and advise customers on products and services
• You will diagnose faults and repair computers and smartphones
• You will configure customers' devices
• You will take care of the shop and the product display
