The Stiftung SAG is a non-profit organization that carries out educational and work integration projects throughout Switzerland.

Der «Werkbahnhof» accompanies job-seeking adults with education, coaching, and work on their way into the labor market. The goal is to support the participants in strengthening their individual prerequisites and competencies and developing a suitable perspective in the working and professional world.

For the gastronomy sector in Rapperswil-Jona, we are looking for a:

Work Agogist / Work Agogist (50 - 60%)

starting January 1, 2027, or by arrangement.

Do you enjoy working with people, passing on your specialist knowledge, and are you active in both administration and gastronomy? Whether from gastronomy or administration – with us, you bring in your strengths, learn new things, and accompany our participants on their way back into the labor market.

• Variety instead of routine: You take on tasks in our administration and in the canteen and actively contribute your ideas.

• Passing on specialist knowledge: You instruct the participants in both specialist areas and support them in developing new competencies.
• Taking responsibility: You ensure structured processes, good work organization, and compliance with applicable quality and safety standards.
• Living collaboration: You work closely with the entire team, contribute your ideas and competencies, and engage together with your colleagues for the successful professional integration of our participants.

What you bring with you

• A completed EFZ training in the KV or gastronomy sector.
• Further training as a Work Agogist or the willingness to complete this.
• Professional experience and enjoyment in passing on your specialist knowledge.
• Interest and openness to also contributing in the respective other work area.
• Joy in working with people and interest in professional integration.
• An open, appreciative, and solution-oriented attitude.
• Independence, sense of responsibility, and organizational talent.
• Good knowledge of the regional labor market and the Swiss educational landscape.
• A positive mindset and a reflective view of the world.
