• Tertiary-level training (HF, FH, DNII or similar)
• Resilient personality with high professional, social, and self-competence
• Enthusiasm for strengthening interprofessional cooperation in long-term care
• Enjoyment of varied and complex nursing situations
• Positive basic attitude, paired with a high sense of quality and responsibility
• Willingness to actively participate in consistent continuous development

• Good ICT user skills
