Supply Chain Manager (m/f/d) 80-100% ##

Your tasks ###

• Overall management of the Supply Chain Management area (planning, logistics, purchasing, export, demand management, master data) with around 20 employees
• Development and implementation of a modern logistics and distribution strategy
• Responsibility for production and capacity planning along the entire supply chain
• Ensuring high availability of deliveries with optimal inventory levels
• Control of quality-critical material flows and continuous process optimization
• Business Partner for management at plant and group level
• Compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., traceability, documentation)
• Promotion of Operational Excellence and management of SCM-relevant projects

Your profile

• Degree in Supply Chain Management, business administration, or comparable
• Several years of experience in the SCM of a manufacturing company, ideally international
• Sound knowledge in production planning, materials management, and logistics
• Experience in strategic process control and optimization
• Confident handling of SAP and very good IT knowledge
• Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
• Leadership competence with a modern, appreciative approach
• Strong communication skills, assertiveness, and a confident appearance
• Business fluent German and English skills
