The team, consisting of around 95 employees, is made up of specialist doctors, clinical nurses, and therapists from various specialties. The main focus of the center is on general medicine, emergency medicine, ultrasound medicine, and telemedicine. At Medbase Winterthur Neuwiesen, we pay attention to a balanced work-life balance. Part-time work is possible in all functions and working hours can be designed flexibly.  What you can achieve ## As an employee of the reception and medical services, you are the first point of contact for our patients and ensure a pleasant practice experience. Medbase offers you a dynamic team that values quality and collegiality. • You work primarily in our Medical Contact & Coordination Center (MCCC) and reception • You are a member of our MCCC and the hub of the center • You coordinate appointment requests, triage medical inquiries, and answer other concerns • You handle administrative tasks for caregivers and patients • You perform medical triage and medical consultations under medical supervision ## ## What you bring ## • Completed training in a health profession with clinical/patient-related activity • Experience as a telemedical health advisor or as a receptionist with medical basic training • Good knowledge of the Swiss healthcare system • Service experience in integrated basic care and at interprofessional interfaces • Good IT skills as well as technical and communicative abilities • Organizational talent and joy in patient care • Empathy and flexibility • Teamwork and humor in challenging situations • Good German language skills (at least B2 level) ## Ready for the future? .   ## \#WeAreMedbase  ##   The Medbase Group is one of the leading companies in outpatient healthcare.
