Job Description ##

• Ensuring and further developing reporting, budget, and forecast processes
• Analyzing central KPIs such as sales, margins, costs, working capital, and liquidity
• Creating and plausibilizing monthly, quarterly, and management reports
• Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and medium-term planning
• Participating in monthly, quarterly, and annual closures including consolidation topics
• Close collaboration with international subsidiaries and local finance teams
• Clarifying data flows, responsibilities, and reporting structures
• Ensuring compliance, governance, and reporting standards
• Identifying risks, data gaps, and potential for improvement
• Supporting projects for process optimization and automation

The Successful Applicant ##

• Several years of experience in group controlling or international financial environment
• In-depth knowledge of reporting, budget/forecast, and variance analysis
• Experience in collaborating with international subsidiaries
• Very good Excel skills and ideally experience with ERP and reporting systems
• Structured, pragmatic, and hands-on approach to work
• Ability to quickly analyze complex datasets and prepare them in a comprehensible manner
• Very good German and English language skills
