Personnel Developer in Training

Contribute

• Further development of the concepts for tertiary-level study programs in cooperation with the departments, including ensuring suitable operational framework conditions and compliance with external requirements
• Development, planning, design and evaluation of training elements and learning strategies as well as ensuring and further developing training quality, aligned with the corporate and L&D strategy
• Advising and supporting vocational trainers and education managers on pedagogical, andragogical and methodological-didactic topics
• Coordination and networking of the educational areas at tertiary level as well as promoting a good flow of information and constructive cross-departmental cooperation
• Planning, implementation and evaluation of projects in the field of Learning & Development, particularly in junior talent promotion as well as in defined education and development topics
• Planning and implementation of educational and information events as well as participation in information, marketing and communication measures related to vocational training
• Collaboration on further tasks and topics in the field of Learning & Development

Bring with you

• Sound knowledge of the Swiss education system, ideally with experience in the healthcare sector
• Completed and recognized degree at HF or FH level in a healthcare profession
• Completed training as an instructor with a federal specialist certificate (eidgenössischem Fachausweis) or an equivalent qualification at CAS level or willingness to complete it
• Experience in vocational training
• Good IT user skills and enjoyment in using digital tools
• Confident use of common MS Office applications
• High communication and teamwork skills
