To strengthen our rental department, we are looking for a committed and customer-oriented personality as a Field Service Representative Rental Department (m/f/d).

Your tasks

• Processing rental inquiries in the short-term rental area
• Conducting price negotiations with customers
• Technical clarifications regarding application possibilities and requirements
• Support and maintenance of existing rental customers
• Customer visits on-site if required
• Deputy for internal service
• Deployment control of rental vehicles at the customer site
• Handover of rental stackers including instruction and introduction
• Driving operations with devices from the rental program, if necessary
• Co-responsibility for rental turnover at the Dintikon location
• Support of sales if required
• Examination of the need for new rental devices together with the Head of Rental

Your profile

• Technical or commercial basic training
• Experience in field service, sales or the rental business is an advantage
• Technical understanding and negotiation skills
• Independent, reliable and customer-oriented way of working
• Enjoyment of direct customer contact
• Very good German skills, other languages are an advantage
• Driver's license category B
