The Begegnungszentrum St. (Generationenhaus) offers 63 residents of various ages the opportunity to live in their individuality and independence in a nature-oriented environment. In the residential and occupational area, around 30 people with mental and/or cognitive impairments live and work. To complement our team in hotel management, we are looking for a reliable and flexible personality by arrangement. Restoration Employee 60-100% What do you do with us? Responsibility for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and banquet service Independent management of a service station including cash collection Preparation of mise en place as well as assistance in the ordering process Preparation and follow-up of events and occasions Friendly reception, advice, and care for our guests Professional serving of food and beverages Participation in general cleaning and maintenance work Support in the guidance and training of our apprentices Co-responsibility for compliance with our quality and hygiene standards Support in other areas of hotel management if required What you bring with you: Experience in service or gastronomy Joy in dealing with people as well as a strong service orientation Independent, reliable, and responsible way of working Team spirit, flexibility, and resilience – even in lively situations Warm appearance, humor, and appreciation in dealing with others Neat appearance and good manners Readiness for shifts on weekends and public holidays Very good German skills in speaking and writing What you can look forward to!
