You are the face of Decathlon, advise beginners and professionals, and build a real local community. Rethinking trade: You don't just "sell". You drive sustainable circular economy models forward – from material rental to the purchase of used goods (Second Life) to smart digital orders. Your own thing: You manage your inventory independently, set seasonal highlights (e.g. hiking/biking in summer, skiing/snowboarding in winter) and see the success of your actions immediately. Your daily action: The tasks Inspiring advice: You listen, analyze needs, and find the perfect equipment – directly in the store or via our digital tools. A store to feel good in: You ensure a seamless presentation of goods ("Facing") and design your department dynamically and seasonally attractive. Efficient inventory management: From goods receipt to shelf placement, you actively help and also prepare online orders (Click & Collect) quickly. Living circular economy: You inspire customers to use our rental and second-life offers. This job is NOT for you if... You prefer to sit still behind a screen all day. You are looking for rigid, unchanging working hours (we plan your deployments very fairly 6 weeks in advance, but work in the flexible rhythm of the sports retail trade). What you bring Athlete DNA: You are actively involved in sports and passionate about it. Maker mentality: You are courageous, curious, and enjoy learning new things every day. Customer focus: Excellent manners and a genuine sense of service characterize you. Language skills: You speak perfect German (understanding Central Swiss dialect is a big plus). Good English or French skills are a great bonus. What we offer you (for 100% employment) Attractive salary & bonus: A fixed gross salary between CHF 4'100 and CHF 5'000 (paid in 13 monthly salaries) plus a monthly team bonus (up to 10% of the salary) and an annual profit-sharing scheme. Your sports budget: We give you CHF 225 per year for your sports or fitness subscription, and you get 25% discount on all Decathlon products (even an additional 25% on sustainable mobility for your commute).
