Your tasks:

• Managing the reception at the main entrance and the reception on the 4th floor
• Operating the telephone switchboard and the cash desk
• Contact person for patients, employees and visitors
• Recording and looking after hotel guests
• Responsible for mail distribution and kiosk
• Processing admissions and discharges
• Interdisciplinary cooperation
• General administrative tasks
• Taking on smaller special assignments
• Accompanying and informing newly admitted patients
• Accompanying patients to therapy appointments and rounds

Your profile:

• You have a commercial vocational training or corresponding professional experience, ideally in the healthcare sector (hospitals, clinics or care homes)
• You are characterized by an independent, reliable and responsible way of working
• With your friendly, attentive and service-oriented personality, you create a pleasant atmosphere in contact with patients, visitors as well as employees
• Dealing with people gives you joy, and you meet different stakeholder groups with empathy and appreciation
• Even in hectic situations, you remain calm, set priorities purposefully and maintain an overview.
• You have good user knowledge of common MS-Office programs and work securely with digital systems
• Flexibility in working hours is a matter of course for you. In addition, you are willing to take over holiday substitutions as well as to work regularly on weekends and public holidays.
