Your tasks • Advising and supporting managers in all HR-relevant topics • Support and advice for employees within the area of responsibility throughout the entire HR life cycle • Initiating, supporting, and leading change and organizational development processes to success • Initiation, support, and optimization of annual HR processes • Leading/participating in various HR projects, partly cross-location with other TRUMPF companies and the headquarters What we are looking for • Completed further training in the personnel area (min. level Federal Diploma of Higher Education) or (specialized) university degree with a specialization in Human Resources • At least 5 years of professional experience in a comparable function • Confident communication skills in German and English • Dynamic, empathetic, and team-oriented personality • Proactive, solution-oriented, and reliable way of working, high level of independence as well as entrepreneurial thinking • Ideally Workday knowledge (CRM) What we offer • Modern working environment • Early assumption of responsibility and varied tasks • Extensive range of training and further education • Respectful and appreciative corporate culture • Diverse employee benefits • Working where others go on holiday Have we convinced you?
