Your main tasks

• Responsibility for a smooth production process and leadership of a team of 6-10 employees
• Monitoring of the entire production process to ensure quality and production targets
• Compliance with safety, hygiene, and GMP regulations as well as ensuring order and cleanliness
• Reconfiguring, adjusting, and starting up production machines as well as independent troubleshooting of minor malfunctions
• Recording of production data and material bookings in the SAP system
• Taking over deputy tasks of the shift leader to ensure a smooth process

Your profile

• Completed vocational training as Anlageführer/in EFZ, Lebensmitteltechnologe/in EFZ or comparable experience in production
• At least 3 years of professional experience as a line leader or team leader, preferably in the cosmetics, food, or pharmaceutical industry
• Experience in dealing with GMP guidelines and good technical understanding
• Strong teamwork skills, assertiveness, and a motivating, positive leadership personality
• Very good German skills in spoken and written
• Experience with SAP is an advantage
• Willingness to work shifts (2-shift or permanent night shift)
