The Swatch Business Unit is responsible for the development, production, assembly, and delivery of watch heads for the Swatch and Flik Flak brands.

Your future missions ##

• Industrial project management: Lead projects related to the integration of new production means and the optimization of assembly processes.
• Industrialization: Implement manufacturing processes and guarantee their compliance with technical requirements.
• Technical writing: Write specifications for equipment, establish documentation, and ensure the follow-up of calls for tender.
• Economic analysis and investment management: Evaluate the profitability of projects, formulate investment requests, and monitor budgets.
• Coordination and collaboration: Ensure communication and coordination with internal teams and external partners.
• Commissioning of equipment: Ensure the commissioning of assembly and testing facilities, including the training of production teams.
• Process support: Provide technical support in product evolution and ensure process optimization throughout their life cycle.
• Ramp-up and tests: Manage the deployment of processes and tests for Swatch and Flik Flak products.

Your aptitudes and skills ##

• Higher diploma in microtechnology, mechanics, automation, or a related technical field
• Flexible, agile, and stress-resistant, you are solution-oriented and have good powers of persuasion
• Autonomous, proactive, and endowed with a strong spirit of initiative, you are inventive and pragmatic
• Open to consensus and endowed with a strong team spirit, you nevertheless possess good powers of persuasion
• You possess an excellent sense of communication

Languages ##

• Mastery of French, good knowledge of German and/or English required
