Assistant in community nursing and healthcare

Your daily life with us ####

• Provide quality, individualized care adapted to the health status of each resident, in a global and interdisciplinary approach
• Perform delegated care and medico-technical acts in compliance with procedures and hygiene and safety rules
• Assume the role of reference person for several residents and participate in the development, monitoring, and evaluation of their life project
• Be a resource person for nursing assistants, interns, and apprentices
• Collaborate closely with nursing staff, the animation service, and external professionals (treating physicians)
• Contribute to the quality process and the continuous improvement of our practices

Your profile ####

• CFC as assistant in community nursing and healthcare (ASSC)
• Sense of responsibility, flexibility, and ability to adapt
• Excellent interpersonal skills: listening, respect, empathy
• Sensitivity to the needs and expectations of residents and their relatives
• Experience in an EMS and an interest in geriatrics are assets
• Knowledge of the SI Carefolio and the RAI instrument is a plus
