Your tasks

• Guidance, support, assistance and promotion of employees with predominantly psychological disabilities
• Operational and professional assurance of the economic order in the technical assembly area as well as development of creative products for sale involving the clients
• Efficient, solution-oriented and timely order processing and maintenance of successful cooperation with our clients
• Design and organisation of work processes according to Lean Management
• Administrative tasks and mutual representation of workload partners

Your profile

• Completed training in a craft or creative field with several years of professional experience
• Ideally experience in supporting people with psychological disabilities
• Training as a work educator or social pedagogue desired
• Innovative personality with joy in shaping the department with new ideas in a future-oriented way
• Empathetic interaction with people with disabilities
• Organisational flair, initiative, can-do attitude as well as high independence
• Good German and Microsoft 365 skills are required
