Accounting & Administration Specialist 60-100%

For our client, an independent asset management company with around 20 employees, we are looking for an Accounting & Administration Specialist 60-100% immediately or by arrangement. You will undertake versatile tasks in accounting, administration, and regulatory topics and benefit from a varied field of activity with a long-term perspective and five weeks of vacation.

Your tasks at the new employer:

• Independent management of the ongoing accounting including accounts receivable and accounts payable
• Carrying out account reconciliations, periodic controls and the monitoring of open positions
• Preparing monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements according to OR and acting as a contact person for fiduciary and audit
• Creating evaluations and internal reports as well as plausibility checks of financial data
• Participation in administrative, organizational and regulatory tasks as well as in the further development of internal processes

You offer your new employer:

• Completed commercial basic training EFZ or a comparable training
• Several years of professional experience in accounting, whereby experience in regulatory or compliance topics is an advantage
• Very good German skills, ideally good English skills and user knowledge in Abacus
• High discretion and sense of responsibility in handling sensitive data as well as an independent, flexible and open personality
