Your tasks Supervision of organizations in the field of SPF and DAF in the Canton of Zürich including the processing of supervision-relevant events Review of submitted documents within the framework of the reporting obligation of SPF and DAF providers Responsibility for the conclusion of service agreements with service providers in the field of SPF/DAF and for the review of the annual reporting Advising service providers on technical, organizational and legal questions regarding quality assurance. Participation in the development of normative specifications, processes and qualitative foundations in the field of SPF/DAF Close cooperation on financial aspects with the Team Controlling and with the service providers Your profile A Bachelor's degree (Uni/FH) in Social Work, Educational Sciences or in related disciplines with interest and understanding of business administration issues and without fear of numbers Several years of professional experience in the field of child protection, social-pedagogical family assistance or in family care Strong analytical skills and the ability to convey complex issues understandably, precisely and in a manner appropriate to the target group.
