Contract Compliance Manager (m/w/d)Baden

Tasks: ##

• You actively shape and further develop the international Contract Management of the Liebherr component division.
• You prepare, review, negotiate, validate and approve contracts as well as contract templates and ensure legally secure and practical solutions.
• You develop and standardize contract and document structures for safety-relevant and heavily regulated customer projects, thereby creating the basis for efficient, transparent and future-proof processes.
• You ensure compliance with governance, compliance and process requirements, optimize existing standards and make a significant contribution to sustainable and rule-compliant business development.
• You measure the fulfillment level of defined requirements using suitable KPIs and derive improvement measures.
• You identify risks at an early stage and support the specialist departments in developing sustainable solutions.
• You drive the digitalization and automation of contract and compliance processes.
• You are the central contact person for management, sales and specialist departments in all matters relating to Contract Management and Compliance.

Qualifications: ##

• Degree in business administration, business law, legal studies, industrial engineering or a comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in the areas of Contract Management, Compliance, Governance, Audit or Risk Management
• Profound knowledge of contract law as well as in dealing with compliance and risk topics
• Technical understanding and interest in industrial products and processes
• Structured, analytical and independent way of working
• Strong communication, advisory and negotiation skills
• Very good German and English skills
