The Direction de la transformation numérique et de l'Intelligence Augmentée (DTN-IA) leads the digital transformation of the institution, in a context of reinforced data-driven management of hospital processes. It creates, integrates, and manages all the IT applications of one of the most high-performance hospital information systems in order to support the clinical and logistical activities of the Hôpitaux Universitaires de Genève. With a fleet of more than 13,500 workstations, 1,300 servers for more than 250 applications serving all staff, available 24/7, the DTN-IA manages an HR information system for the 13,000 employees of the HUG and the 7 other Genevan institutions.

Job Description ##

Within the DTN-IA, this position is attached to the Operations Service. As Domain Manager, you will lead the operational security of information systems with a team composed of seven specialists while maintaining strong technical involvement. Thus, you will support your team in resolving complex incidents, participate in on-call duties, and intervene during security events.

In your management role, you will develop the skills and organization of your team to strengthen the capabilities of operational security and the Security Operations Center (SOC). You will organize monitoring and conduct awareness actions within the DTN-IA and the business sectors.

In terms of governance and strategy, you will contribute to the definition, implementation, and compliance with information systems security policies (PSSI) as well as the deployment of the cybersecurity strategy. You will ensure compliance with operational governance, participate in the major change management committee (CAB), and manage the priorities, performance indicators, and objectives of your domain.

With your team, you will define and implement security projects aimed at strengthening the cybersecurity posture of the institution. You will participate in the "Security by Design" reviews of new projects, validate the connection of technical and biomedical equipment according to the validation process, and contribute to the Incident Recovery Plan / Incident Continuity Plan program.

You will manage vulnerability management, ensure the follow-up of remediation actions, conduct security investigations, and organize regular and appropriate audits and pentests.

You will also guarantee the maintenance of operational conditions for cybersecurity platforms and services, including firewalls, proxies, authentication and authorization mechanisms, privileged access management solutions, PKI, Vault, IAM, EDR, as well as information system hardening and protection devices.

At the head of the SOC, you will supervise detection and incident response activities by relying on the SIEM. You will organize the analysis and qualification of alerts, coordinate technical investigations and incident response, participate in crisis management, and develop detection, investigation, and response capabilities against cyber threats.

Finally, you will contribute to the design and evolution of secure architectures in collaboration with the DTN-IA teams and the Chief Information Security Officer.

Qualifications ##

You hold a Master's degree in computer science, cybersecurity, or an equivalent degree completed by one or more recognized certifications in cybersecurity.

You have more than 10 years of experience in operational information systems security and more than 5 years in managing technical teams. Experience gained in a critical environment is an asset.

You are able to evolve in a complex and transversal environment, and you demonstrate leadership, communication skills, and an ability to unite people. Your profile combines technical expertise, leadership, and interpersonal skills, making you a key actor to meet the strategic and operational challenges of the position.

The function requires availability to participate in the on-call service, including outside regular hours, nights, weekends, and public holidays.
