In 25 examination rooms each, patients from various surgical clinics and other outpatient areas are cared for. This is how we are communal personal & fair unique progressive Your tasks Ensuring the smooth operation of the outpatient center within the team Reception and care of patients in the specialist and private outpatient clinics Recording and managing patient data as well as coordination of preliminary examinations Organization, replenishment and ordering of medical material and medications Administrative support for patients as well as active participation in process optimizations Active support of the department management in leadership tasks Induction of new employees Your profile You have training as a receptionist or a similar professional background You have good IT application skills Ideally, you already have experience in the healthcare sector A patient-oriented approach is natural for you You are an organizational talent and always maintain an overview You have a reliable and exact way of working You have very good German skills, further foreign language skills are an advantage You enjoy rotating through the three outpatient centers You are an empathetic, committed and authentic personality, who ideally already brings leadership experience Do you have any questions?
