As a Business Process Analyst in the CX and CRM team, you analyze customer-centric processes, derive improvements, and accompany CRM implementations of optimized customer experiences. What you do You comprehensively analyze existing customer processes and identify potential in complex workflows; ideally, you build and maintain a process map in Customer Management in the process. You work together with the specialist departments, understand their requirements, and develop concrete requirements for technical solutions in CRM from them. You define target processes and coordinate the implementation of new processes and customer experiences. You support quality assurance, perform functional and acceptance tests, and create documentation, reports, and presentations for internal stakeholders. You lead and moderate cross-departmental workshops & meetings to understand and define customer processes holistically. What you bring Completed studies in business informatics, business administration, or comparable qualification; several years of experience as a Business Analyst or Process Manager. Sound knowledge in the analysis of business processes and the definition of agile requirements; strong E2E process mindset, ideally supplemented by insurance know-how. Experience with CRM systems and digital product development; training in process modeling using BPMN as well as in Requirements Engineering. Strong communication skills; ability to structure requirements clearly and win various stakeholder groups for a common goal.
