To ensure our unique landscapes retain their beauty in the long term, we are looking to strengthen our team from March 2027 or by agreement with a maintenance gardener (100%) who loves well-kept gardens and who, thanks to their expertise, ensures that our installations remain in perfect condition all year round.

Maintenance Gardener (100%)

Your tasks

• Professional maintenance of green spaces and exteriors
• Lawn maintenance (mowing, fertilization, scarification)
• Planting of gardens
• Pruning of trees, hedges, and shrubs
• Maintenance of flower beds and borders
• Weeding as well as general plant care
• Leaf collection work and winter service
• Concierge work
• Autonomous planning of maintenance for client-principals

Your profile

• Completed training as a gardener CFC
• At least 5 years of professional experience
• Knowledge of plants and technical know-how
• Customer-oriented attitude
• Autonomous and careful work
• Ability to maintain an overview
• Precise work, team spirit, stress resistance, and flexibility
• Joy of working outdoors as well as manual dexterity
• Knowledge of different tools and machines
• Category B driving license
• Very good knowledge of German
