As part of the development of the "Human Resources" business area, we are recruiting for three positions as HR Partner Your mission As a local HR partner, you develop and maintain a relationship of trust with management, managers, and all staff. You accompany, advise, and support managers throughout the employee life cycle, in compliance with the legal framework, statutes, and HR policies. You provide support to employees for questions relating to human resources management. Through your expertise, you contribute to guaranteeing consistent, equitable, and high-quality HR practices within the organization. You also promote the implementation of high-performance organizations, composed of competent, engaged employees capable of meeting the company's challenges. Your main responsibilities Ensure, in collaboration with HR managers, the management of the employee life cycle, develop and steer the recruitment process within your scope, conduct selection processes, and support managers in their choices, advise managers in leading their teams as well as in organizational evolutions, by reconciling operational needs, strategic directions, and equity of treatment, support managers in the prevention and monitoring of absences, the management of psychosocial risks, and sensitive individual situations, analyze the evolution of staff numbers and HR indicators, contribute to the development of management tools, and ensure the monitoring of dashboards, foster close collaboration with all HR teams in order to guarantee consistent, transversal support oriented towards the needs of internal clients. Your profile Federal diploma of specialist in human resources or higher education deemed equivalent in the HR field, at least 8 years of professional experience in human resources management within a public or private organization, at least 5 years of confirmed experience in a consulting and support function for managers, recognized leadership, excellent interpersonal skills, listening skills, and ability to establish a relationship of trust, ability to make decisions, sense of responsibility, and initiative, excellent personal organization, autonomy, rigor, and ability to evolve in a demanding environment, strong qualities of cooperation, ethics, and relational intelligence.
