Job description

• Coordinate and organize internal and external training (planning, logistics, registrations, and administrative follow-up).
• Ensure the link with trainers, employees, and various internal interlocutors.
• Monitor budgets, certificates, and documentation related to training.
• Participate in the digitalization of training processes and the deployment of digital tools.
• Design and distribute internal HR communications (newsletters, presentation materials, HR content).
• Contribute to the employer brand and various cross-functional HR projects.

Profile sought

• Commercial training (CFC commercial employee or equivalent).
• First experience in training coordination, event management, or HR administration.
• Excellent organizational skills, rigor, and sense of priorities.
• Very good writing skills in French.
• Ease with digital tools and the Office suite.
• Proactive, dynamic personality with excellent interpersonal skills.
