To strengthen our team in Dachsen, we are looking for an experienced, motivated and leadership-strong foreman/polier horticulture/landscape gardener (m/f/d) with room for creative design at a workload of 80–100%. Your tasks Independent management of small construction sites in horticulture and landscaping Organization and coordination of work on-site Collaboration on versatile garden and construction projects (landscaping, seating areas, wall work, pools) Instruction and support of employees Working according to plans as well as ensuring execution quality Responsibility for order, material and equipment on the construction site Your profile Completed basic training in horticulture or construction Experience as a foreman, polier or in a similar function German language skills in speaking and writing Ability to read and implement plans Driver's license Cat.
