Polymechanic CNC surface and profile grinding

Activity

• Independently set up and monitor CNC surface and profile grinding machines
• Manufacture precision parts according to drawings and specifications
• Measure, control and document manufactured workpieces
• Implement corrections to programs and processes
• Initiate improvements in the continuous improvement process

Requirements

• Basic mechanical training EFZ or comparable qualification, alternatively several years of CNC experience
• Practice in CNC grinding, ideally surface or profile grinding
• Confident in reading technical drawings as well as work and inspection plans
• Sound knowledge in measurement and testing technology
• Readiness for assignments in 3-shift operation
