Technical Specialist (a) WHAT YOU DO HERE IS IMPORTANT Together with you, we are committed to ensuring that clean electricity is also safe. We are the interim storage facility for nuclear waste and a high-tech recycling company. In doing so, we separate radioactive from non-radioactive waste with the utmost care and return 90 percent of the delivered material back into the recycling loop. We securely seal the rest for decades. To strengthen our storage department, we are looking for a responsible and collegial personality with several years of professional experience. IMPORTANT TASKS AWAIT YOU: Actively participate in all work in the area of handling and storing radioactive waste. Carry out leak tests as well as other recurring inspections. Operate our crane systems. Maintain the quality assurance documentation. Ensure process and plant safety. WHAT DISTINGUISHES YOU: A completed vocational training in a manual trade with EFZ (metalworker, automotive mechatronics technician, polymechanic, etc.) and several years of professional experience. Willingness to occasionally work shift service. Your exact, reliable, and quality-conscious way of working. Good oral and written German skills as well as PC skills. Enjoyment of teamwork and close cooperation beyond departmental boundaries.
