Thanks to your technical know-how and your analytical way of working, you recognize malfunctions early and rectify them efficiently and sustainably. In this way, you ensure high plant availability and keep our production in motion. You actively contribute new ideas, identify potential for improvement and lead optimization projects from the first idea to successful implementation. Your desire to shape things makes our processes a little better every day. With your efforts, you contribute significantly to ensuring that our products remain safe and of high quality – and that our processes function economically and efficiently. You enjoy working with colleagues from production, technology and other specialist departments. What you bring with you You have completed training in a mechanical or comparable technical profession – and thus exactly the expertise that is crucial in an industrial environment. Your experience forms the basis for high-quality work in daily operations. Flexibility and a sense of responsibility characterize you: For 3–5 weeks per year, you reliably take on early and on-call duty (without shift operation) and thus ensure that our facilities remain ready for use at all times. Your high willingness to learn as well as your structured and independent way of working enable you to familiarize yourself with new technologies and tasks. You roll up your sleeves, quickly become proficient in new topics and develop continuously. As an open, communicative and goal-oriented personality, you enjoy working in a team – and at the same time take responsibility for your own tasks.
