If you are ready to take on a new challenge, this offer is for you Responsibilities: As a Business Analyst SIRH, you deploy new software according to business needs. Additionally, you set up and secure data exchanges between the new SIRH system and the initial system that will remain in place (pay, time). You are in charge of SAP and Core RH parameterization. You are the application referent, you manage evolutionary maintenance, updates, incident tracking, and evolution coordination. You support users (support, continuous improvement, process optimization, needs collection). Profile: • Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position (SIRH, HR transformation) • Experience in SAP and Core RH parameterization • Excellent knowledge of Success Factors (Core RH, a plus) • Good knowledge of recruitment, performance, or compensation modules • Good knowledge of SAP S4 or ECC • Native French.
