• You actively help shape nursing processes and continuously develop them
• Together with interdisciplinary specialists, develop solutions for patients

• You lead, promote, and support your employees in daily professional life
• You conduct nursing discussions, reporting, and case discussions in an appreciative, empathetic, and solution-oriented manner
• Responsibility for the quality of nursing

Profile

• Completed training as a certified nursing specialist HF
• Several years of professional experience in the nursing field, Reha an advantage
• Leadership training or the willingness to complete it
• Enjoyment of a patient-oriented, independent, and responsible way of working
• High social competence as well as the ability to motivate and develop employees
• Very good German language skills in spoken and written form
