• Holistic care and support of our patients
• Active participation in an interdisciplinary team and co-responsibility for an optimal rehabilitation process
• Taking on the role of a primary caregiver and accompanying our patients as well as their relatives
• Varied and responsible activity with scope for design
• Taking on at least one on-call duty per month
