Application Developer & IT Support (m/f/d) We are Solifos – an SME with 25+ years of experience in fiber optic sensing and tactical communication systems. Our IT is not an end in itself, but the tool that our team uses daily. To ensure that this runs smoothly – and continuously gets better – we are looking for you. A: Application Developer & IT Support (m/f/d) - 60-100% Your Role Support & Operations (approx. 50%) You are the contact person in 1st and 2nd level support – on-site, by telephone, remote You support clients, servers, network and Microsoft 365 You procure, install and manage hardware and software You take care of the on- and offboarding of employees You take care of IT security, backups and documentation Development (approx. 50%) You develop internal applications and tools – from the idea to productive use You automate recurring processes and build interfaces between SAP, M365 and other systems You further develop existing applications You speak directly with the users and see what your solution achieves What you bring Completed training in computer science (EFZ application or platform development, HF, FH) – or equivalent experience, also welcome as a career changer with demonstrable projects Solid programming knowledge (e.g. C#/.NET, TypeScript, SQL – not everything, but something solid) Experience with Windows environments, Microsoft 365 and network fundamentals Independent, pragmatic way of working – you see things through to the end Enjoyment of contact with people, even with those who do not speak IT language Very good German skills, English is an advantage Why Solifos?
