So if you are talented, and you are in precision micromachining, then seize this opportunity to: CNC Setter Programmer 100% M/F/X Main mission Program series and prototypes which you will then have to set up on 3 and 5-axis CNC machining centers for the manufacture of watch movement components, ensuring dimensional conformity, micrometric tolerances, and production rates. Responsibilities • Program using Alphacam software. • Set up CNC machines with Heidenhain, Fanuc, and Beckhoff controls (axis settings, tool corrections, feed rates, cutting parameters) and launch production series independently. • Perform dimensional and qualitative self-checks (calipers, comparators, three-dimensional machines) and correct drifts in real time. • Ensure level 1 maintenance (tool changes, cleaning, lubrication) and report breakdowns to maintenance technicians. • Optimize cycle times and contribute to the continuous improvement of machining processes in collaboration with programmers and methods. • Guarantee production traceability (ranges, tracking sheets, quality records). Profile sought • Proven experience in programming on Alphacam. • Expertise in setting up and operating 3 and 5-axis CNC milling machines on movement components (small series, prototype, high precision). • In-depth knowledge of machining centers, with a plus for Willemin Macodel, Bumotec, and GF HSM (settings, setups, quick changes). • CFC diploma in polymechanic, micromecanic or equivalent, with 3-5 years of experience in watchmaking CNC programming. • Meticulous, rigorous, and capable of working independently within a technical team, with a strong sense of responsibility. • Excellent mastery of reading and understanding technical watchmaking drawings, including fine tolerances and functional specifications. • Marked interest in luxury watchmaking, with motivation for technical excellence and process optimization.
