This is your contribution

• Collaborate in the operation of the ICT systems for the F-35A deployments: server and network infrastructure, databases, and specialist applications
• Process fault reports in first- and second-level support as well as the escalation of complex cases to specialist experts
• Execute recurring operational tasks such as backups and restorations, applying security updates, and performing operational controls according to defined specifications
• Monitor systems, detect anomalies, and initiate planned immediate measures
• Update operational documentation and maintain configuration and inventory data
• Gradually take over your own areas of responsibility, accompanied by experienced specialist experts and targeted further training in the F-35 program

What makes you unique

• Degree in the field of computer science (EFZ, HF or Bachelor) or equivalent experience in an ICT environment
• Experience in system administration, for example user and permission management, fault processing, and applying updates
• Basic knowledge of virtualization (Hyper-V, VMware) as well as backup and restore procedures
• Basic knowledge of network administration and databases, combined with the motivation to develop professionally in a demanding environment
• Structured, careful way of working and enjoyment of working in interdisciplinary teams
• Active knowledge of a second official language and good knowledge of technical English for the international environment of the F-35A

CompTIA Security+ and Network+ certifications are an advantage. Knowledge of the military environment is also an advantage.
